Halloween, Awards and More: November 2023 News Round-up

It’s been a fun few weeks at Faye’s Doggy Boutique, from Halloween shenanigans to awards and more. Here’s our latest news round-up!
It’s been a while since we shared our last update, but as followers of our Instagram profile will know, it’s never a dull day at our doggy daycare & grooming centre. We always love sharing pictures and videos of what the pups and our team have been up to. Since the beginning of October, things got a bit spooky with the arrival of the Halloween season, we were nominated for a prestigious award(!), we had a few birthdays to celebrate, and, as always, the dogs had a ton of fun, whether indoors or outdoors.

Halloween
Let’s start off with the spooky season! We hosted a Halloween Week from 26th to 31st October, where we encouraged the pups to dress up for the occasion. We were so happy seeing all the pups in their amazing costumes and could tell you parents made a massive effort! The dogs were dressed as everything from pumpkins to a loaf of bread and Chucky. It was hard to choose, but ultimately, we picked our top three winners. Congrats to Cora / Warburtons, Buddy / Chucky and Ned / Mike Wazowski!
Business Awards
Back in September, we won Best Pet Care Business in the North West at the Englands Business Awards, a fantastic achievement for us and a sign of the progress we’ve made since opening four years ago. We are now going to the National Grand Final and competing against pet care businesses across the country for the chance to win the prestigious Best Pet Care Business in England award! Attending this event is incredible for us; we’re proud no matter what happens.
The dogs have been doing admin work for us in the office, trying to get your votes and posing for some photos, like Roxy, Alpha and Pops! There’s still time to vote for us by clicking this link. The final takes place in Birmingham on Sunday, 19th November. Thanks so much for your support!
Birthdays
Would it be a round-up article from Faye’s Doggy Boutique without celebrating our recent birthdays? Of course not! We celebrated the birthdays of Coco, Clover and Henry, plus the third ‘gotcha’ day for Bella – we loved her fabulous hat! The pups were well-behaved and enjoyed their treats as always.

So we end another news round-up, but not without first highlighting some of the month’s best pictures. We’ve picked 8 of the best snaps showing the usual fun our customers have at daycare, lots of indoor play with the poor weather (they always have fun staying with us no matter what!), fashion icons with their fleeces and jumpers, and pups that our dog groomers have pampered.
