What the Dogs Have Been up to This August

It’s been a while, but it’s time for another round-up of what the dogs and our team have been up to for the last few weeks!

With several heatwaves to contend with, we’ve spent most of this month keeping the dogs cool by setting up shaded areas and providing them with plenty of time to use the paddling pools. We’ve also welcomed a few newcomers to daycare and celebrated a special birthday for Pops.

Here’s a summary of what we’ve been up to this August…

Birthday Greetings for Pops

Let’s start with our birthday celebrations for the handsome Pops, who recently turned 6. We can’t believe this little fella is already six years old! Pops celebrated his big day with us and was treated to a delicious cake from For Dogs’ Sake Treats. Doesn’t he look dapper in his birthday outfit? We hope he had the best day!

Welcoming Some Newcomers

We always love it when new dogs come into daycare! This month we welcomed two new pups, and it didn’t take long for them to settle down and make friends. Bear came to us for a trial and he did really well. We’re looking forward to seeing him again! We also welcomed Nuala to the gang and she had a great day. She’s a German Wirehaired Pointer and was so sweet and playful!
